Reporting to the National Service Manager, this role ensures efficient job scheduling, inventory management, and invoicing in SIMPRO. Based in Bundamba, Queensland, the Service Administrator provides administrative and operational support for natural gas and bio-gas clients across Australia. This position is crucial for maintaining high standards of service delivery, billing accuracy, and timely payment tracking, contributing to sustainable energy solutions and exceptional customer service.

Position Purpose
Evo Energy Technologies is seeking a skilled Service Administrator to support our Service Team. This role is pivotal in providing high level administrative and operational support to ensure efficient service delivery for our natural gas and bio-gas clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate job scheduling and ensure the availability of stock and consumables for service jobs.
Manage cost bookings and invoicing in SIMPRO, ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients.
Manage travel arrangements for service technicians and coordinate site visits.
Track service invoices to ensure timely payments from clients and maintain completeness of all associated costs.
Support the service team with timesheet management using SIMPRO and Click Up software.
About You
You are a detail-oriented professional with:
Proven experience in administrative and operational support within a service-oriented business, preferably in the natural gas or bio-gas industry.
Strong capabilities in managing job scheduling, inventory, cost bookings, and invoicing using systems like SIMPRO.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate travel arrangements and site visits effectively, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Expertise in financial tracking, including timely invoicing and payment management, with exceptional attention to accuracy and completeness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide administrative and operational support to the service team, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legislative requirements.
A strong customer service focus, adept at managing multiple stakeholders, and representing the company professionally.
