We are looking for a Full Time Administrator who will help support our Service Team. Our office is located in Loganholme QLD with on site parking.
Your Role:
Service Related
- Schedule work with the Customer & Service Technicians
- Timesheet maintenance & book jobs
- Confirmation with customer regarding service reports, job costings & quotes
- Open service jobs, jobs costings & invoicing
- Arrange for purchase orders from customers
- WIP maintenance
- Quote customers - labour & parts
- Arrange for quotes & order parts
General Administration
- Liaise with accounts receivable/payable & procurement as required
- General administration & support tasks
Your Profile:
- High focus on quality & attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Analytical & Problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work
- Accurate touch type skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team with a 'Can Do' attitude
- Previous experience in an Administrative role is essential
- within a service department will be highly regarded
