Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Accountants with ASIC and client document administration
- Reception support duties, answer phones, greet clients & take deliveries.
- Dealing with client ATO correspondence
- Maintaining client database
- Scheduling annual work to meet client needs and achieve efficient resource management
- Coordinate appointments with clients
- Experience as an Administrator or Client Services Coordinator in a professional services environment
- Experience with ASIC is desirable, but training will be provided
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word & Excel
- Ability to collaboratively with the administration and accounting teams
