Are you an admin guru, with great multi-tasking skills and experience working in a service / operational environment? CJD Equipment is looking for a Service Administrator to join the dynamic Hobart Branch to support in keeping our ship sailing smoothly!
Working as part of a busy team and reporting directly to the State Service Manager, the Service Administrator is accountable for efficiently and effectively carrying out daily service administrative functions related to the workshop service operations.
A day in the life:
- Show off your exceptional customer service skills, meet and greet visiting customers to the Service Department.
- Creating repair orders and processing invoices.
- Collating timesheets and other payroll support functions.
- General administration duties assisting the Branch Manager and Service Department.
- Ensuring compliance with policy systems and procedures.
How to catch our eye:
- It goes without saying, but we’ll say it - must have a great attitude towards work and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- You don’t need to be a computer genius, but know your way around Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Construction Equipment/Truck/Automotive industry experience would definitely be a bonus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle several tasks at one time.
- Current drivers’ licence is preferred.
