A rare opportunity has become available to join a highly reputable family-owned dealership, located in the inner southern suburbs of Adelaide. Due to long-term business growth, and department restructuring, we are seeking a senior Service Advisor for immediate start.

As a Service advisor you will join the front desk service team. Your main purpose is to ensure that all clients interacting with the department are given an outstanding experience every single time. You must be committed to maintaining and building the strong reputation that the business gown over 50 years
Strong mechanical knowledge is highly advantageous. But basic knowledge with a strong desire to learn, will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients on arrival & facilitating to their needs.
- Manage retail & trade enquiries, quotes & bookings.
- RO preparation, invoicing & service follow up.
- Inbound & outbound phone calls as required.
- Provide honest transparent advice
- Working with the team to ensure fluency in day-to-day operations.
- Use manufacture-based programs to ensure accuracy
About you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Exemplary communication & leadership skills
- Ability to multitask & maintain accuracy in a face paced environment
- Ability to articulate though changing scenarios
- High standard of personal presentation
- Pentana experience advantageous
