About The Role:
This role would suit a Service Advisor with strong commitment to quality customer service, above average attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills. You must also be willing to work in a strong team focused environment.
The Main Responsibilities Would Include:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Determine customers’ needs and communicate these to the service shop and deliver the vehicle on time.
- Preparing repair orders for future bookings.
- Provide clear cost estimates of work to be done.
- Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost and or completion times within departmental KPI times.
- Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.
- Carry out the service delivery to the customer with a high emphasis on clear job explanation and associated charges.
- Carry out all tasks required according to standard work procedures.

About Us:
Jolly Good Auto Electrics are the Pilbara’s largest and most trusted provider of Auto Electrical and Air-Conditioning service, retail and repair. Based in Karratha and servicing the entire Pilbara, we have workshops in both the CBD and Local Industrial Area (LIA).
We are seeking several full-time Service Advisor to commence ASAP in our Karratha Location.
The Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to pass a functional pre-employ medical including drug and alcohol screen.
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence.
- Provide a National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months.
- Be health, safety and environmentally conscious.
- The ability to make practical decisions under pressure.
