We are seeking HSEQ Advisor with 5+ years experience and a solid understanding of ISO management system compliance requirement for Quality, Safety, and Environment.
About the role:
- Monitor Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures and management system compliance within the workplace.
- Provide operational support to operational team including workplace inspection and internal audit.
- Conduct safety inspection and monitoring work areas.
- Assist with conducting incident and accident investigation.
- Provide training and briefing to operational team in completing SWMS/ JSA/ Take 5 as required.
- Undertake monthly tool box meeting and provide update on the latest Safety regulation and standard
- Ensure management system objectives and commitment are met before third party annual Audit.
- Update management system documentation as per current legislation and standard.
- Establish positive working relationship with operational personnel.
- Assist in the development of communicaion tools and records for all project safety programs.
About You:
- Diploma of Work Health and safety or equivalent
- Safety lead auditor qualification
- 5+ years experience on Construction safety management
- Knowledge of of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment and monitoring risk control.
- Experience monitoring, reviewing, and performing compliance inspections.
- Skills in safety management techniques and tools.
