An exciting opportunity is available to join Melville Mazda.
We are currently seeking a passionate customer focused person to join our service department.
You will be kept busy with a variety of duties.
- Meeting and Greeting guests
- Managing inquiries and bookings
- Work closely with the Workshop Controller to manage vehicles through the workshop ensuring vehicle service and repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Prepare appointments in line with manufacture requirements.
- Check and update customers information to ensure all data is correct.
- Follow up with customers following service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Navigate individual targets.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer experience
