Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity is available to join Melville Mazda.

We are currently seeking a passionate customer focused person to join our service department.

  You will be kept busy with a variety of duties.

• Meeting and Greeting guests
• Managing inquiries and bookings
• Work closely with the Workshop Controller to manage vehicles through the workshop ensuring vehicle service and repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Prepare appointments in line with manufacture requirements.
• Check and update customers information to ensure all data is correct. 
• Follow up with customers following service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Navigate individual targets.  

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer experience

(On the job training will be provided)
