Mildura
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team based in Mildura.
You’ll provide administrative support to the branch and enjoy a variety of other tasks.
This role could suit a diesel mechanic wanting to come off the tools and expand their career. A passion and understanding for all things mechanical is essential. This role serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the Mildura Branch.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Delivering first-class Customer Service
Working closely with our Service Technicians and Branch Service Management teams
Invoicing customer jobs in a timely manner to meet business KPIs
Being the first point of call for our customers
Dealing with customer queries and finding resolutions
Multitasking a variety of tasks and meeting deadlines
Ensuring the highest levels of safety are met
Diagnosing customer complaints and develop troubleshooting plan
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Mechanical trades qualified or automotive technician (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, Engine Recon, Mobile Plant) is preferred
Relevant background as a Service Advisor within a similar industry is highly regarded
Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions
The ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and experience in conflict resolution
High computer literacy and technical aptitude and system savvy
Accounting/Financial experience is bonus!
Compensation and Benefits
Monday to Friday – 8am to 4.30pm
Competitive hourly rate paid as a permanent salary
