A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor / Administrator to provide invaluable support and ensure smooth running of our Repairs and Service Division located in our Bowral Branch
We are looking for a technical minded person to become a crucial part of the service and administration team while having the ability to keep in step with the busy service department.
You must have strong time management skills, be well organised with the ability to meet schedules and work in a team environment.
This is a highly responsible position where others rely upon your accuracy and competency.
The successful applicant must have
- Administration experience within a busy Service Department
- Working knowledge ideally from a mechanical trade
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Technical Attributes would be highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly answer incoming telephone calls
- Booking In of Workshop and Field Repairs
- Quoting Customer Repairs
- Invoicing of Jobs
- Liaising with Workshop Technicians on all repairs
- Entering of Time Sheets
- Proactively contacting customers to increase service business
- Follow up of repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
