About the Role:
This role ideally suits someone who is highly organised and has a true passion for customer service. From this passion, you have a keen understanding of how important it is to manage our customer's needs from start to finish.
You will be responsible for:
- Respond to phone/email inquiries ensuring action is taken accordingly.
- Process payments when customers collect their bikes.
- Regular contact with our customers via phone, email and in person.
- Explain to customers the fundamentals of the works carried out on their motorcycles and recommend any further improvements that would be of benefit.
- Liaise with technicians in the workshop regarding any questions customers may have.
Our ideal candidate:
- A passion for motorcycles and the desire to be successful in the role.
- Basic technical knowledge relating to automotive/motorcycles.
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Internet
- High level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
