GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).
As a Quality & Safety Coordinator with GR Production Services, you will be the subject matter expert in Quality, and the IMS. You will provide leadership, mentoring and guidance while focusing on continuous improvement.
This role is based within the Brisbane CBD office Monday to Friday, but there will be requirements for site and interstate travel to complete compliance and assurance audits.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
· Supporting the implementation of Quality and HSE Core Processes, Training and Competency objectives, Action Improvement plans and Training plans.
· Involvement in the review and approval process for corporate and site Management System documentation.
· Coordinating the assurance programme and external sub-contractor audit programme.
· Responsible for the Integrated Management System and associated activity regarding IMS certification.
· Management level understanding of Document Management hierarchy.
· Flexibility to undertake site and interstate travel.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
· Diploma or equivalent in Quality Management
· Lead Auditor in ISO9001, ISO45001 or ISO14001
· Qualification in Business Administration, Project Management
· A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
· Technical writing experience (Usability Mapping highly regarded)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
