The Role
We have an opportunity for a Service and Project Coordinator to work on the delivery of residential electrical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry – Job notes, service reports, timesheets.
- Evaluating works in progress: liaising with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers and warehouse on product requirements for forthcoming jobs.
- Provide support to other departments as required and work with them to resolve scheduling challenges you may have.
- Answering client queries and technical questions.
- Contacting the customer, qualifying the call and responding to their requests.
- Ensuring customers are notified and kept up to date with expected time on site.
- Ensure that the confidentiality of information which the position may be privy to is treated appropriately.
- Daily scheduling of jobs to technicians with expected timeframes.
- Basic client and slippage reports.
- Help with the start-up of new Contractors and Employees and Inductions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar Service or Project role (Preferable).
- Positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- The ability to react to urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships to motivate and influence a team of technicians.
