Service Assistant | Part time - 8.30am - 3.30pm (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday)
We are currently looking for a suitably experienced Service Assistant to help schedule based Social Support Group services in the north region and undertake a variety of administrative and customer focused tasks.
In this role you will:
- Assist with the planning, scheduling and delivery of services for clients.
- Assist with rostering staff
- Assist outing activities as required
- Ensure that current client information is maintained.
- Uphold client focused service delivery principles in all activities/tasks.
- Attend to enquiries and client contacts regarding their services.
What you will need:
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Experience working within an organisation providing services for the elderly or people living with disability will be highly regarded.
- A caring and compassionate approach to service provision.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound computer skills.
- An understanding of Aged Care / Community Care will be well regarded.
- Current national police clearance (not older than 6 months) or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
