Position:Service Centre Team ManagerLocation:Kwinana WAThe Service Centre Team Manager ensures the smooth organization and planning for the thermal activities. You will be required to effectively communicate with the customers and many internal stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced role that contributes towards our company strategy of delivering the ultimate customer experience with a profitable and efficient use of our resources.
A high involvement in motivating and engaging the service team is required with focus on safety and quality of service delivered.You will need to develop the local team and processes by securing skilled resources, building relationships with our subcontractors and improving safety, quality and efficiency within the workshop.At the same time, you will lead an ambitious investment project to secure Alfa Laval’s future including defining the scope of the project, sourcing and managing suppliers, commissioning, and certification of the facility.Key Responsibilities:Be the key interface between customer and sales to quote, plan and communicate about all Service Centre jobsAccountable for delivery on time and financial performance of the Service CentreManage the Service Centre Team (permanent and temporary resources, subcontractors) and planningCoordinate and plan for all spare parts, tools, training and certification required for the Service CentreMonitor and update monthly KPI related to Service Centre and report regularly to Service Operations ManagerSupport the resolution of technical issues by coordinating communication with our internal expertsPropose and implement improvement strategies regarding safety, quality and efficiencyLead the transformation and investment project in the Service Centre (project planning and budget, suppliers, commissioning)About you:You're an ambitious and motivating leaderYou're safety drivenA proven track record of driving and completing projectsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written
