Key Responsibilities are:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by responding to customer enquiries via phone, in person and email.
- Accurately maintain customer records & new accounts efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate service delivery to various customers and meet or exceed expectations.
- Manage customer equipment repairs and the parts ordering process.
- Manage the service response times as per customer agreements
- Undertake a range of administrative duties designed to ensure the delivery of service in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Grow to understand all services currently offered by the organisation and its providers
