Your new role
As a Service Consultant you will be responsible for daily administrative tasks in a customer service focused environment. You will be completing applications and managing your own portfolio of advisers. You will have a genuine passion for customer service and thrive within a fast paced environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Deliver high standards of customer service to a variety of stakeholders
Strive to make every customer contact on which builds advocacy
Proactively manage your own portfolio of advisers together while supporting your colleagues to provide excellent levels of service throughout the policy life cycle
Onboard new advisers to create new business
Continuously look for ways to improve the service
Your skills and experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong negotiating skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong processing administration skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
