Position Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Remote (Position not restricted to Hobart)
Role Overview:
The Service Coordinator at Mobile Therapy Tasmania plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our massage business from a remote setting. This position involves managing therapist schedules, coordinating client appointments, liaising with case managers and providers, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Coordination: Manage therapist schedules efficiently using Splose booking software, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet client demand.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and schedule appointments accordingly. Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Case Manager & Provider Communication: Collaborate with case managers and healthcare providers to coordinate therapy sessions for clients under their care.
- Geographical Understanding: Utilise a good understanding of Hobart's geographical area to optimise therapist routes and minimise travel time between appointments.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and make reminder calls to clients about upcoming appointments.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of appointments, client details, and therapist availability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Hobart's geography and suburbs.
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with booking software (experience with Splose preferred).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
