Service Coordinator - $75-$90K + Super

Workfast is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join the team in Bankstown, Liaising with customers and coordinate services.

You must have 3+ years experience working as a Service Coordinator ideally within the Industrial Space.

About you

• Strong customer service background with 1-3 years in a similar role
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs
• Service or ERP system reporting and administration skills
• Demonstrated personal integrity, initiative, confidentiality and discretion.
• Collaborative work style, commitment to get the job done and open to direction
• Excellent communicator both oral & written
• Effective time management skills
• Good personal and professional presentation
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Valid and unrestricted NSW drivers license

What you will be doing

• Support the Business Lead with day to day activities.
• Liaise with customers to coordinate and schedule planned and unplanned services
• Use and management of service Management system(s) to log, update, follow-up, close off and archive customer requests
• Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate maintenance scheduling.
• Manage all customer service calls from start to finish in pleasant and professional manner via phone and email
• Financial processing of all chargeable service functions
• Providing basic technical phone assistance to customer enquiries in line with faults-based training reference notes and tools
