About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, capable, vibrant and energetic Service Coordinator to join our close-knit team.
We are seeking a customer focused superstar that enjoys a challenge. This role plays a critical part within the team and will handle the customer journey from post-sale through to post delivery.
You will be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing
- Coordination of order despatch dates, pro-actively scheduling containers and shipments to find the best outcome for our customer experience
- Working collaboratively with our despatch and warehouse team
- Point of Contact for customer communication.
- Processing warranty claims and all post sales enquiries
