About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will manage service calls and inquiries, including scheduling teams to attend client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle client queries and concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Documentation Management:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and technical specifications.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate schedules for project team members and vendors.
Resource Allocation:
Ensure personnel, equipment, and materials are available to meet project timelines.
Communication:
Update project managers, team members, clients, and stakeholders on project status and issues.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
Project Close-Out:
Assist in final installation checks, client handovers, and project reviews.
Ideal Candidate:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
· Knowledge of Simpro is desirable or willingness to learn
· Ability to learn different software and platforms
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
· Positive can-do approach
