An exciting opportunity has come up for a full-time Service Coordinator to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the scheduling, management and communication for repairs and maintenance issues. You will be supported within an environment with a great team culture striving for our values of honesty, accountability and loyalty.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning and co-ordination of the workflow for technicians
- Liaise with customers on a regular basis to maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate daily scheduling of service calls, quoted works and scheduled maintenance.
- Provide support to Service Manager and Technicians as required
- Daily check calls to technicians
- Raise purchase orders, order parts/materials from suppliers
- Checking and attending to emails
- Generating and quoting new works that arise from service calls and scheduled maintenance.
- Other reasonable duties as requested
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer service role
- Good communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Good written, verbal and numerical skills
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office package
- Simpro Software experience is an advantage.
