About the role
The ideal person for this role will be a service-oriented person with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy such tasks as Coordinating Service Jobs between Service Technicians and Customers, Managing Logistics of required materials/equipment for each service job, Invoicing, and Data housekeeping.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum of 2 years scheduling or contractor management experience with at least 5 years in Customer Service roles
- Converting quotes/orders into jobs
- Scheduling jobs with contractors
- Overseeing work assigned to contractors
- Experience using SimPRO, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
