Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer and distributor of industrial equipment for various industries such as construction, manufacturing, transport, utilities and entertainment. They are seeking a proactive and motivated person to join their small and dynamic team in a pivotal role coordinating, scheduling and administering all activities for regular maintenance, breakdowns, after service repairs and installations to clients across Newcastle.
You will be first point of contact for clients providing the highest level of customer service. This is a fast-paced environment where your responsibilities will include:
- Handling phone & email enquiries
- Liaising with clients to book servicing of equipment
- Opening & updating jobs status' in database
- Scheduling work for technicians on a daily/weekly basis
- Planning, prioritising & managing workload to completion
- Processing invoices
- Data maintenance
- Providing general office assistance such as admin, reception, scanning & filing etc
- Prior scheduling experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organised & able to multi-task
- High attention to detail
