Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Building Automation team, based out of North Ryde, NSW. Reporting into the Senior Field Service Supervisor, the purpose of the role is to provide logistical and co-ordination to Customers and the Serviceteam across a single site or acrossmultiple sites. The role also assists with the day-to-day operation of the sites,in a way that achieves excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling - Co-ordinate / schedule contractors and staff attendance on site in an efficient and effective manner in compliance with Contract KPIs and Customer requirements
- Administrative tasks includes answering phones, filing, typing, good receiving and sending, archiving, creation of POs, timesheets, expenses, organising payment, data capture
- Documentation - ensure that all applicable documentation (e.g. receipts, Purchase Orders) is collected and managed in compliance with the Contract and with HON processes
- Service Delivery Standards - Ensure that all work of contractors and HON employees is conducted in a safe, timely, efficient and professional manner
- Reporting - produce reports as requested for the site and provide insights / analysis from the reports to the team
- Tracking costs / budgeting - Track costs against schedules / requirements and provide reporting accordingly
Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities
- 6 years’ work experience (required) in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skill
- Staff and subcontractor management highly regarded
- SAP experience desirable
