We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Service Delivery/ Administration Clerk (Roster) to assist in all aspects in our Mossman office.
The Service delivery/ Administration Clerk (Roster) will:
- Assist in aspects of rostering on a daily basis
- Liaise with Support Workers to coordinate shifts and availability
- In conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager, ensure that shifts are filled in a timely manner and in such a way as to ensure minimum disruption to participants and ensure maximum cost effectiveness to the organisation.
- Ensure staff training needs are well planned, communicated and rostered, giving consideration to service delivery needs as well as staff availability
- Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and staff
- Support the Service Delivery Team with proactive and reactive staffing and capacity planning
- Monitoring procedures, policies and standards for medical, nursing, allied health and administrative staff
- Support a supportive and respectful community-centric environment
across the portfolio of sites incorporating the interests of families,
guardians and other key customer representatives. - General office duties
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Intermediate skills with computer and software packages
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Professional and effective phone manner
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute as part of a team
- Knowledge of the NDIS and the disability industry desirable
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
To be successful in this role you will have a high level of attention to detail, strong computer literacy, and advanced keyboard skills.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have current drivers’ licence
- Excellent knowledge of NDIS framework
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Right to work in Australia
This role is office based, Pharaoh Care FNQ does not have remote access positions.
