Service Delivery Coordinator

My client is an international company that is leading the way in Australia in delivering unique and bespoke mobile and modular, clinical infrastructures within the public and private health sector. They provide clients with new or replacement Operating Theatres, Wards, Endoscopy Suites, Decontamination and diagnostic units.This kind of opportunity doesn't come around very often. The opportunity to be an exceptional Service Delivery Coordinator within an international company specialising in providing complex solutions in mobile and modular, clinical infrastructures (units) within the Australian Health Sector, based in Brisbane.In this exciting role, you will be an integral member of the team, focused on delivering projects, on time with the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be commissioning of units, involved with the installation of the units and decommission, spare parts procurement and control, contract management, supporting logistics and maintenance. As you can see the job will require you to wear a few different hats, often at the same time and to work with variety of stakeholders from maintenance to technical decision makers. Therefore, you will be an effective communicator and have excellent organisational skills. Most of all your can-do attitude will be well received and appreciated within the team and company.You will be working from the brand-new Brisbane office and warehouse facility, purposely refitted for the specific needs of this company and work alongside a handpicked team of passionate and dedicated people who love what they do. You will report to the National Service Delivery Manager, who's management style is to trust and support you as the professional you are, he is very hands off, allowing you to get on with your job. There will be the opportunity of career growth as this company continues to grow and the potential to work internationally.Please be aware this role will require substantial travel across Australia, which could range from overnight to a week or two away from home. There is also the potential of international travel.The key objectives of this role are:* Assist in collecting, delivering and setting up units * Induct contractors at customer sites once the units are installed * Overseeing contractor management in the warehouse and when units are on site * Prepare purchase and work orders and reconcile invoices * Assist with the preparation of required documentation* Assist in overseeing build and refurbishment programme of new and returned units* Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance coordination* Ensure company obligations against quality and safety standards are met * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders* Attenhed customer sites to carry out small repairs to the units where necessary * Knowledge of power tools and experience with hand tools essentialKnowledge, Skills & Experience Required:* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar technical coordination role* Experience with health & safety investigation management * Knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety regulations* Proven experience in managing inventory, commissioning and after sales support * IT literate with ability to effectively work using Microsoft 365* Ability to work effectively as part of a team* Take ownership and accountability in the role* Hands-on with the ability to work autonomously * High level of customer serviceLicensing Requirements:* Working at height certificate license * Class C (or higher) current driver's license * Hold or be willing to obtain a valid passportDesirable:* Experience in healthcare and facility management related employment is highly desirable* Experience in similar environments is preferred but not essential* Continuous improvement experience * Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 * Experience with CAD softwareWorkpac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
