As Service Delivery Coordinator, and part of a small, supportive and close knit national team you will be responsible for managing a geographic territory (Western Australia) to service the needs of their highly valued customers by coordinating and scheduling all installation and maintenance jobs. Your communication and relationship management skills will be critical strengths as you build rapport and trust with your field technicians. They will rely on you to help them manage their daily schedules, they will depend upon you to schedule, problem solve, guide, direct, and support, working together like a well-oiled machine to ensure that the company continues to meet the needs of their customers.
Tech savvy, any experience using a CRM system similar to SalesForce would be ideal. You will be resilient and strong, as a clear communicator, able to manage customer delivery expectations as well as ensure that the Service Delivery team remain on track and focused. Previous experience in a similar role where you have been responsible for the coordination of a field service team or scheduling of service/delivery jobs would be ideal.
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes an annual performance bonus. A hybrid working model is in place after 6 months a standard 38 hour week (M-F), working from 11am to 7pm. They have just moved into brand new, fit-for-purpose, offices in Port Melbourne with loads of available parking onsite.
