WeKare Disability Support Group is seeking a focused and reliable individual to deliver services to clientele (NDIS participants) from our Broadford Head Office location.
The ideal candidate would have experience in Service Delivery coordination and customer service relating to disabled persons and challenging requirements.
The primary requirements of the role are a professional and empathetic attitude, the ability to calmly assess and prioritise; excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. Wekare is an equal opportunity employer and candidates with disabilities are welcome to apply.
Please note, that this position requires competency with computers to perform the role in an effective and efficient manner. WeKare makes use of a variety of software systems to track areas of the business. Documentation of procedures and correspondence is a key component of delivering quality services for NDIS providers and therefore computer competency is essential to this role.
This role is casual, requiring 3 - 5 days per week of attendance from 9am to 5pm with a view to permanency long-term.

Current National Police Check (specifying unsupervised with vulnerable persons)

Workers will be required to support participant tenants to live as independently as possible within the parameters of their plan arrangements and behavioural guidelines. Assist participants to achieve their plan goals and participate in the community.
