The Role:
SECOM Australia is currently seeking a full time Service Delivery Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team in St Leonards, NSW located 4 minutes’ walk from the train station and other public transport.
This position requires availability to work weekdays, predominantly between 10am – 6pm however available to start from 6am or finish at 9pm to cover leave.
As a key member of the Protective Services Operations Team, you will be responsible for the coordination of security officers at client sites.
Your primary functions will include;
- Data entry of rosters and other information into a purpose build rostering systems (Cortex and Securecy)
- Communication with service providers, customers, and internal staff.
- Checking compliance documents of new personnel
- Proactively monitoring shifts required for the following day, ensuring all shifts are filled.
- Monitoring the departments inbox, ensuring all emails are actioned efficiently.
- Office Based Role.
About you:
- Experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service role.
- Strong Active-listening and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and proficiency in problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Works well in a team environment
- Tech Savvy – Able to pick up new systems.
Please note: To be considered for this role, you must hold an Australian Permanent Residency and able to meet the criteria for obtaining a NSW Security Licence.
General Suitability Criteria if you wish to be granted a NSW security licence, you must:
• be 18 years of age or over
• be a fit and proper person to hold the class of licence sought
• have the relevant competencies and experience required
• be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or permanent Australian resident, or hold a visa for a skilled occupation to which the activities authorised by the proposed licence correspond
• provide acceptable documents that confirm your identity.
