About the role:
- We have an opportunity for an experienced ICT leader to join our team as a Service DeliveryTeam Leader.
- The role will be a member of the Service Delivery team and will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals in providing high-quality technical support and customer service and working with other ICT teams to develop our capabilities.
- You will be supported with induction, training, and experienced peers to succeed in the role.
About you:
- As our successful candidate, you will have previous experience in a client support leadership role in a large complex organisation, the ability to deal with issues effectively under pressure and an ability to focus on the needs of the customer to deliver quality service outcomes.
Requirements:
- Eligible to drive in NSW and a willingness to travel as needed to sites within the organisation.
- Degree/certification (ideally ITIL or PRINCE2) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
