About the Role…
To oversee and supervise either the Registrations, Claims, State Delegations, Fee for Service, Administration Teams (or a combination of) in the Service Delivery Centre/s to ensure that the administrative and processing activities required in meeting the contractual obligations of BUSY At Work’s Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) are carried out in an accurate and timely basis. This position will act as a first port of call to provide advice to team members and escalate issues were necessary to the respective manager.
This role is full time fixed term for 2 years with possibility of extension. This role is on a hybrid model working from home and working in office.

A bit about you...
- Prior experience as a Team Leader within a Service Delivery Centre function will be highly regarded. Enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations.
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check/Blue Card and National Police Check
- This role would suit experienced administration or record officers.
