About the Opportunity
Millennium Services Group are currently seeking a dynamic and engaging leader, to join our business in the position of Full Time Service Delivery Manager at one of Perth's leading lifestyle destinations, north of the river.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout our service streams by developing learning and development solutions and championing this with our wider team and the respective Site Managers.
Including:
- Identifying the training needs of our teams
- Working directly with the Site Management teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs
- Providing targeted, on the job coaching to fast-track outcomes whilst ensuring quality and contractual standards are met
- Championing employee recognition programs whilst driving team engagement
- Communicating on areas of success and development, to assist the Site Managers in actively driving continuous improvement
- Partnering with the operational areas to achieve desired outcomes
- Assist in developing site specific and focused inductions including site specific expectations and requirements.
- Ensure Staff are treated fairly whilst ensuring a no tolerance approach to compliance with deficiencies processed in accordance with performance management practices.
- Effective and clear communication with both internal staff and clients to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
About You
This position will suit a highly motivated and outcome driven individual, who has a passion for people and delivering positive client outcomes with the ability to get the most out of frontline teams.
The successful candidate will require the below qualifications and experiences.
- People leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach to championing change
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team of 15-20
- Experience in performance management will be highly regarded
- Exemplary customer service skills, with the ability to deliver each customer with a unique and memorable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in one or more of the following highly advantageous, though not essential:
- Luxury Hotels/Resorts
- High-end retail
- Learning & Development
