The Opportunity:We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team at COSOL. This is a full time permanent role and will be a hybrid role, with expectations of 2 - 4 days per week onsite with our customer.
Your role:
- Ensure the efficient delivery of project based consulting services to clients
- Coordinate, review and report on opportunities and inflight projects for multiple clients
- Review resource utilisation and allocation to projects
- Coordinate and manage utilisation of resources
- Assist with the review and reporting of projects that do not have a dedicated project manager
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction spanning multiple projects
- Conduct regular project delivery meetings and prepare project delivery reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and are of high quality
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of projects in COSOL project reporting tools
- Create simple quotations/proposals for clients for requested work
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of Service Delivery experience in the IT industry, with a focus on IT asset management and/or data migration projects
- EAM / ERP experience highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Skilled in guiding and directing teams to achieve project objectives.
- Proficient in team leadership, including setting expectations, feedback, and coaching.
- Proven track record of on-time, within-budget, high-quality project delivery.
