We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to fill the role of Service Delivery Manager (Accommodation). This position will report to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery, and ensures that the services delivered across several of Midway's Accommodation sites is person-centred, is of a contemporary practice and consistent with the Principles of the NDIS.
Key characteristics that will ensure success in these roles will include:
- The ability to lead and motivate team members to perform at their best;
- Support direct reports and their teams to develop and maintain and deliver client directed plans, strategies, support documents and routines;
- Effectively connect with community stakeholders and families;
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills that gain the cooperation of internal and external stakeholders;
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of NDIS and experience in utilising a range of community-based supports and methods to achieve customer goals;
- A strong alignment to Midway Values with a genuine desire to contribute to creating and maintaining a positive collaborative company culture;
- An ability to complete client risk assessments to support independence and skills development.
- Understand the Quality and Safeguarding framework and ensure accurate reporting and management of incidents.
- Demonstrated ability to think and work strategically, creatively and innovatively with the ability to effectively manage complex issues;
- Lead their teams and undertake activities such as performance reviews, learning and development plans and succession planning.
- Ability to travel and the role will require frequent visits to allocated houses.
- The ability to obtain a current National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check;
- Current first Aid certificate and Driving licence are essential
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
