**Please note, this position is designated as an Office-Based role**
The Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Coordinate Service Delivery for NDIS Participants and ensure that services are delivered in accordance with NDIS guidelines.
- Roster support staff with NDIS Participants according to their needs & requests.
- Provide Administrative support to the NDIS company, including maintaining accurate Participants records, preparing reports, and responding to enquiries.
- Liaise with Participants, service providers, employees and government agencies to ensure that NDIS participant's receive the best possible support and choice and control is practiced.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Service Delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the NDIS guidelines, policies, and procedures.
