About the role
The hours for this role are negotiable with either part time 64 hours per fortnight or full time 76 hours per fortnight.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Community Services department consisting of both Community Support Workers and Administration staff.
You will ensure the efficient delivery of services to care recipients within the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Home and Community Care Program for younger people (HACC PYP), Western District Health Service internal departments and other brokered service providers.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check. Dependant on your position you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check. All successful applicants are to comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements, including COVID and Booster.
