The Role
As a Service Designer with our client, you will:
- Lead the development of digital services that have a profound impact on sectors essential to the nation's well-being
- Design the end-to-end journey of services across transactions, products, content and business processes
- Collaborate with user researchers and stakeholders to form the bigger strategic picture
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality digital services that effectively meet both project and user requirements
- Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of projects that influence the course of these important industries
You are someone with a strong background in service design, particularly in fast-paced, technologically advanced environments.

Salary / Rate
- $110/hr - $130/hr including super
- Hybrid work available (60/40 split)
- 12 month contract with extension option
