You will develop and maintain temporary Traffic Management (TTM) plans and guidance schemes for our Civil and Major Projects across a diverse range of traffic environments.
Skills and experience required includes:
- Current TMD Qualification with 2+ years' experience in Traffic Management design in Queensland.
- Expertise in current TTM regulations and legislation
- Experience with Invarion Rapid plan
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Understand and apply the safety requirements as described by relevant legislation and company policy;
- Have in-depth technical knowledge of current Queensland and Australian standards and practices (AS1742, Austroads guide to Temporary Traffic Management, Queensland Manual for uniform Traffic Control Devices, Guideline - Traffic Management at Works on Roads)
- Converse with project managers, supervisors, contractors across all disciplines to create traffic solutions that enable workers in complex situations to create safe environments for workers, stakeholders and members of public.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Experience with local council permits and TMR applications is desirable.
- Experience working on Major Projects is highly regarded for this role.
