ASPECT Studio’s growing technology team are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional end-user and operational support to our national and international studios.
Located in Melbourne, this position is perfect for an IT professional seeking broader exposure to all aspects of technology in a tight-knit team within a highly supportive global environment.
About the Role
The Service Desk Analyst is a vital frontline member of the technology team responsible for:

Supporting the set-up of all computers, A/V equipment, and other IT peripherals,
–
Supporting all cloud platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot and Azure AD,
–
Reviewing, investigating, and resolving service requests and incidents within the ticketing system across all global studios,
–
Performing onboarding and offboarding activities as people join and leave the practice, and
–
Assisting in the creation and updating of IT documentation.
This role sits in a small team within a global design practice with numerous opportunities for mentoring from experienced IT professionals and exposure to project implementation.
About You
With at least 2+ years of experience in Service Desk and IT support roles, you will be someone with strong communication and time management skills. You will be a reliable operator who can confidently interact with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Ideally you will have experience in:

Microsoft Windows 10/11 administration,
–
Software and Hardware troubleshooting,
–
Working with and supporting remote users,
–
Ability to work autonomously, and
–
Providing Audio / Visual support.
Although not essential, experience in design, architecture, construction, or engineering environments will be highly regarded, including exposure to architectural/2D/3D technologies including Autodesk.
