A prestigious Financial Services provider is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on an initial twelve month contract.
Working in a friendly, close-knit team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing level one support for internal users in their Sydney head office. Key tasks and duties will include support, troubleshooting and configuring of laptops / desktops running Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac along with support of Active Directory and Microsoft / Office 365.
This role will require the successful candidate to work in the office five days per week and will include working at their walk-up IT Solution Bar two days per week, responding to and supporting a range of IT issues for internal users. As such it will require candidates with strong communication skills, coupled with excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated experience providing helpdesk / Service Desk support within medium to large enterprise environments
- Proven experience supporting, troubleshooting and configuring Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac operating systems
- Solid knowledge and experience working with Active Directory, M365 / O365 with any exposure to Azure highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service and teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving skills coupled with an aptitude to quickly learn new technologies
