About the Role
12 Month Fixed Term position
As the Service Desk Analyst your primary focus is to:
- Provide Service Desk support functions including recording, classification, impact assessment, prioritisation, escalation and assignment of work, within defined time frames
- Ensure incidents and issues that have the potential to affect Emergency Response capabilities or Health & Safety are recorded, prioritised, escalated and monitored until completion
- Provide quality customer service and administrative support such as procurement, time sheet entry and reporting to supported business units
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Experience with a Helpdesk / ITSM tool
- Experience providing 1st Level IT support

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
