You'll be responsible for handling a variety of user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of critical IT systems. What You'll Bring Experience in providing IT support, including both phone and deskside services. Experience working in in local government. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. A solid understanding of Microsoft Network/OS and Office applications.
