The Opportunity
We are actively seeking a dedicated Level 2 Service Desk Technician to join our expanding ICT team on a permanent basis. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with both new and seasoned employees, offering comprehensive assistance with ACCIONA's cutting-edge devices and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide second-level support, including logging and handling of ICT incidents and service requests, using the ITSM tool Service Now.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software (Microsoft) and peripheral devices.
- Monitor your ticket queue (requests and incidents) and reprioritise your workload to ensure all tickets are resolved within the defined SLAs.
- Provide clear and concise notes within ServiceNow against each ticket, and where necessary, update/develop Knowledge Base articles.
- Work closely with the wider ICT team, both locally within Australia and globally with our Parent Company, to achieve the best possible outcome for the End Us.
About You:
- Experience gained in a Level 2 role within a large matrix organisation.
- Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android) and Office 365 PC programs,
- Experience in PC Hardware configuration, including maintaining printers and scanners.
- Excellent communication skills.
