⚡️Actions:
- Lead your internal Customer Service team, provide training, support and cultivate a standard of excellence.
- Work with the current Customer Service team and lead them from the front in a demonstrative leadership role.
- Provide high levels of Customer Service and be addicted to adding more value than the competition.
- Work with your State and National Teams to define a strategy for Customer Service excellence and execute.
- Engage an active client base and work with clients to solve technical problems, backed by your engineering team.
- Drive the business, take daily massive action and increase activity levels and standards.
- Respond to opportunities to quote & create new opportunities to win project sales & product sales business.
- Work within the team to look for opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Provide training to staff and drive change, improvements and performance outcomes.
- Develop, measure, report and act upon performance metrics to continually improve service efficiency,effectiveness and quality to our customers and internal team.
- Establish Customer Relationship Management processes and framework to keep accurate records and document Customer Service actions and discussions.
- Managing and supporting key projects to ensure performance delivery and satisfaction to our customers
Background:
- Drive, passion, integrity, a passion for your career and making an impact.
- 4+ Years Technical Experience with fluid dynamics, water meters, control valves, flow systems, instrumentation, mechanical products.
- Ideally understanding of B2B, B2C within Water, Mining, Irrigation, Oil & Gas.
- Proven ability leading teams with empathy and passion.
- A sound knowledge of human behaviour the ability the lead and influence.
- The ability to work 360 with full autonomy with no micromanagement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You need to set a new standard and hold yourself and your team to these standards - be accountable & love taking responsibility.
- A great communicator and a TOTAL team player.
Base salary $120,000-$150,000 - The package is open as this role will be based on the persons abilities, skills and ambitions.
