About the role
The new Service Lead – Delivery position is part of the Information & Communication Technology team and will oversee the effective delivery of information technology infrastructure services for Legal Aid WA, managing positive working relationships with vendors and service providers and ensuring they meet their obligations. Takes a lead role in ensuring fulfilment of service contracts, issue resolution and service level monitoring. The role encompasses team management, service management, vendor and contract management, and expense management.
The position will also provide oversight of budgets and financial performance of infrastructure services in a predominantly cloud, consumption-based infrastructure environment, and provides advice and guidance to Legal Aid WA in matters relating to vendors, services, contracts and costs, utilising defined policies and standards.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Extensive experience in server and cloud services management, in particular with Microsoft ecosystems, policies and profiles, and their application in a cloud environment.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in managing ICT vendor and service provider performance, overseeing the fulfilment of contractual obligations and analysing service delivery processes for improvement.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in developing service metrics and ensuring that service levels are met by vendors and service providers.
