Service Leader – Moree We have an amazing opportunity for a Service Leader role, this role is designated as Indigenous Identified. Under s.25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991. The role is a permanent part-time supervisory position, ensuring external support workers deliver appropriate services to the people we support living with various disabilities in a supported accommodation setting, as well as rostered hours providing direct support. About the position In this position you will be required to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our residential care service including general administration tasks, roster co-ordination, provide leadership guidance and supports to all Support Staff while adhering to all WHS policies and procedures. You will receive a Master Roster allocating your set permanent hours which can be flexible discussed with your Area Manager. You will work closely with our Area Manager to consult on positive behavior support plans, culture awareness and development of the team and ensuring the service is managed in alignment with UDC's mission and values. The flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts is preferred.
