We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to oversee a Service Coordination Team for an excellent well established not for profit organisation. This is a newly created role, overseeing 3 Workforce Coordinators and 3 Enquiry Coordinators, reporting in to a senior manager. The role would be based out of the Hills District, with regular travel to Melbourne, to oversee part of the team which is located there. There is the option to work from home and the role would be varied with both management components as well as Service Improvement duties.

This organisation are a large well established not for profit organisation, providing a range of services for older people, across the Greater Sydney area as well as in Melbourne / Victoria. This role would join a wider team, with excellent support and training.
Duties:
- Lead and develop a team of service and enquiry coordinators to ensure high quality services are provided to clients
- Provide coaching, training and development opportunities for the team
- Ensure that compliance requirements are met and engage closely with other managers and team members
- Help to identify areas for improvement, efficiency increases and help to shape the roles within the organisation
- Liaise with senior management and help to contribute to strategic plans and developments
Requirements
- We are looking for someone with strong Aged Care experience – someone familiar with coordinating services, leading a team and driving improvements etc
- A relevant university qualification would be beneficial
- An excellent salary of $100-120k, plus super, plus salary packaging benefits
