Job Description

About the role

The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for administration services to ensure the asset management function can deliver a high standard of service. Duties

  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations as assigned.
  • Support the completion of scheduled inspections and maintenance for 80% of assets.
  • Provide Support for the Fleet Management.
  • Assist updating internal and external contact details for Customers and Vendors.
  • Contribute towards the development of Finance processes

  • Permanent full time position.
  • Starting Salary of $59,901 per annum (depending on qualification and experience).
  • 11 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).
Desired Skills and Experience

COVID - 19 Requirements

  • Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid -19 vaccine is encouraged.

Required

  • Certificate III in Business or administration or relevant.
  • Minimum one (1) years ‘experience as a Administator role in a similar organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
  • Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
  • Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
  • Blue Card or be eligible to apply.
  • Valid police check.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in Microsoft packages inclusive excel, power point and word, Outlook.
  • Previous experience of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
