- Lead with Passion: You’ll motivate and inspire our team, ensuring effective resource utilisation and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For:
- More than 3 years of experience as a Customer Service manger
- Strong experience in transport and logistics, with leadership skills that inspire.
- Familiarity with scheduling, routing, and distribution processes.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on outcomes and excellent Customer Service.
- Solid computer skills, especially in the MS Office suite; experience with routing systems is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to safety and an unwavering desire to learn, grow, and achieve.
